Task 1: Complete ALL work from last week! You need to submit it to me on Google Classroom - Language Arts. Class code is on the white board if you need to add the class.

Task 2: NewsELA (~15 mins)
Read the article "Parents campaign to stop elementary school's use of isolation room" 

1. Reading level 960L
2. Take the quiz
3. Write a response

Task 3: Continue working on your “I am From” poem and Winter Break essay (share it with a classmate if you are done on your Google Drive).

Task 1: Section 2 The Indus Valley Civilization

• READ the text first (pictures below)
• Fill in the graphic organizers
• Answer the Checkpoint questions and Check Your Progress Questions @ the bottom of the document.
